employee to contribute to the cost of the premium. In other
plans, the cost is completely covered by Timberland Partners.

Timberland Partners offers an Employee Reward
Program that recognizes and rewards
individuals and teams whose performance helps
us achieve our Mission of “Providing an Outstanding Living
Experience for Our Residents” and “Exceeding the Expectations of
Our Investment Partners”.
Each year we host a Leadership Conference that
culminates in our Awards Celebration Program, recognizing top
performing employees, communities and regions. Based on
performance, a Community and Region of the Year are selected
and honored. Other awards are given for highest traffic,
physical and economic occupancy, closing ratio, N.O.I. growth,
expense control, and much more. The most prestigious awards,
the A.C.E. Awards, are given in recognition of the two
employees who embody the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of
the Company, while displaying outstanding character, talent
